We are planning a kitchen overhaul and I bought one of these to let my wife experiment with induction cooking before we install a full induction range. Our home is all electric so gas isn't an option.
She loved it from the get go. Very little adjustment really since she had been cooking on an electric range for years.
But be aware, since this is 110 volt unit, it doesn't have near the power of a full 220 volt range. It splits 100% of its power between the two burners. ...
