Big fryer only 2" wider and 2" deeper then my big T-Fal fryer , but holds 2x the oil and cut the # of batches of food to fry in half. Can hold a max temp of @375 F and not drop much during frying because of the mass of 6 liters of oil and high watt element. Can fry 16pcs+ of wing halves without sticking together, more if you don't use the basket. Sheet metal is thin and sharp! Oil container very thin and I hope to find a heavier replacement.
