I purchased the Hamilton Beach 25451 as a replacement fro my George foreman grill. The George Foreman grill was clumsy and hard to clean. The 25451 works great and is easy to clean due to the grilling surfaces being removable, cleaning is a snap.

The water never actually boils.
It takes me 40 (!!!) minutes to make hard-boiled eggs, on the highest temperature!
The funny part is they accept returns only in unopened condition.
How am I supposed to test the burner in unopened condition???

Horrible burning smell and smoke coming from the bottom a few minutes after turning on. Decided not to use it so as not to set my apartment on fire. Would not recommend.
