Customer Review:

First the good: Arrived in good shape, no excess packaging: just it and the box, the cord is very stout. It boils water decently.

Now for the bad:
1) It's gigantic - takes up a lot of my scarce counter space.
2) "Infinite heat control" is a bald-faced lie. This is about the worst controlled hotplate I've tested, and that's saying something, particularly for this inflated price.
