I was happy with the item I got, and will probably order items like it again and soon for other occasions. It came in bubble wrap, and was packed properly. The mug used seems to be one of the good ones, not something you find at home depo.
the only thing I was disappointed with was the shipment tracking. It seems I was given a wrong tracking number by the seller, where according to the tracking number, the package hasn't arrived yet, while ive already gave it to my mom.
