I have a Hamilton single serve which looks identical to this and i love (and costs less too). The pods are 25 cents each and it works fantastic with no clean up. This item is the same....except it has disposable trays...so you have to buy their VALET coffee which is 50 cents a serving! I"m paying so much extra i should just buy another Hamilton and save the money in coffee in a month! Also you can't reuse the plastic trays-- they curl up god knows what chemicals they pit in you...
