Don't bother with this product. Even for the money it is not worth it. Made cheaply. The burner knob is plastic as with alot of them, BUT when I turned it to high to see if it would boil water it started smoking near the knob. Smelled like burning plastic. I let it go for a few more minutes thinking it was doing because it was new, nope -- just too hot. After 15 minutes it never did get the water boiling, hot, but not boiling. The metal around the burner turned VERY hot, but ...
