Words cannot express how disappointing this coffee maker is; for $180, one would practically expect it to grow the coffee itself. Here are only some of the issues with it:
* The two water reservoirs are so close together without sufficient separation, that it's very difficult to pour water into one without slopping over into the other or onto the countertop.
