We gave this as a gift for some friends we visit near Salt Lake City. We got it to use for an apres ski dinner. We decided what we wanted to grill and serve as sides. We made a beef and red wine soup along with the traditional sides, sausages, potatoes, gherkins, red peppers, etc. Although the red peppers didn't grill so well (they were barely charred after 10 or so mins.), the cheese was really delicious.
