Customer Review:

First, this water cooler rocks. I love that it loads from the bottom, and has the integrated coffee maker. Which, by the way, makes awesome coffee.

The bad things we've noticed so far:

1. The coffee carafe leaks out the side. Primo isn't prepared yet to replace just some parts of this cooler so if we want to get a new carafe, we have to return the entire water cooler. Not good or convenient.

2. The water bottle wasn't empty yet when it stopped pumping...
