The "new" appliance I received was covered in scratches and scrapes though the burners looked untouched. The double burner was slow to heat up but I let it take its time. After half an hour, it still wasn't hot enough to brown my ground beef in the slightest, though the metal around the burners was extraordinarily hot. Not only was it scratched and ugly but it was completely useless.
To top it all off, the seller (CSB Commodities, ANTOnline) has absolutely absurd return policies...
