This coffee maker failed in the most basic way: it stopped heating after 7 months. Purchased December 1, 2012, dead on August 1, 2013.
Follow up: I was pleased by the warranty service provided by Black & Decker. I received an immediate response (below) to this review and to a warranty claim that I placed at Black & Decker's website. The warranty terms require payment of $7.50 for mailing the replacement, and sending in the cut-off plug from the old unit. I complained th...
