The wrong item was sent. We received a hot plate. The package looked like it was wrapped by a three-year old which was alarming considering it was supposed to be ceramic glass. When we opened the box it was crawling with bugs. I would never purchase anything from this retailer again. Anyone can make a mistake and send the wrong item. But by sending us the wrong item with live crawling bugs enclosed they demonstrated they have absolutely no quality control. We received our mone...
