We've had this griddle for about two months and have used it nearly every day. The first few times we used it we were very pleased with the nonstick surface. In fact, we almost thought it was TOO slippery. We couldn't get our spatula under anything without the food slipping away. However, after about ten uses, there was an area that started sticking.
