let me be the first, then...

Just received the grill/griddle, and used it to grill 6 jumbo burgers.

- surprisingly excellent searing, but takes >10 minutes to reach temperature

- plates heat very evenly, judging upon the consistency of cooking all six patties

- the non-stick grill plates cleaned up easily with a soapy sponge, despite having plenty of burnt-on debris left from searing the meat. I hope the non-stick coating endures...if s...
