So i got the itch to make Churros and found this maker. There's another model that does just the churros but I make empanada's too and figured it would be worth the little extra cost. I've only made the churros so far and they came out pretty good. There's a recipe booklet that has all sorts of versions. The ones I made were the classic ones but in my opinion the ingredients call for way too many eggs (5). They had a very light omelet consistency after they were done. when I make the...
