After many years of use by my grandmother, mother and finally myself, my old spatzle press finally broke. I searched for a new one and bought another brand. If the product claims to be a ricer/spatzle press, do not be fooled! You will end up frustrated with globs of dough balls instead of beautiful noodles! The Kull press has just the right hole size and spacing to make perfect spatzle! Ricers do not make spatzle! Also, this product is built well and I anticipate many years of us...
