First off, I bought this plate as a gift for my mother. Once it arrived, I opened the box, and to my surprise the plate was broken and was not capable of any type of use. I was very dissatisfied with this product. What made me more angry was that the replacement option wasn't available. On top of that, the cause of the plate being broken was because it was wrapped poorly. There was barely any bubble wrap to protect the plate. I will never order from this person AGAIN!
