I bought this coffee maker a couple weeks ago and so far I have no complaints. I have tried out both the iced and hot coffee functions and both tasted great! The dispenser button is easy to use, and you don't have to press the button extra hard or at a weird angle for it to work. I find it very convenient to be able to make up to 12 cups, and have the coffee kept warm up to 4 hrs so I can refill my cup throughout the day without having to make more coffee.
