This item arrived completely cracked from top to bottom, also with a chip in it. It did not come with an order confirmation, or with a return address label. I am going to give it one more try and ask for a replacement and hope that it is not damaged. Now I have to find a label and drop it off somewhere to be returned. Very aggravated!!!!!
