I purchased this coffee maker because it was rated very good by others and Consumer Reports. So far it has delivered really good coffee and is easy to use. My only complaint is that the carafe lid is not removable which makes for awkward clean up. This also requires that it be dried by a towel immediately since it can't be turned upside down to drain. I used a Bunn for ten years and the lid popped right off making it easy to manage. Otherwise, this product performs as promised.<...
