PROS: The "Midnight" (black) wall plate looks great (haven't seen/used many other colors) and once installed looks very clean - no screws, etc. Definitely an upgrade from "standard" grade wall plates.
CONS: The fit of the front plate to the backing plate is extremely snug and snapping the cover plate off requires some care and patience (and no long fingernails) Of course you should only need to do this once but if you resort to a flat blade screwdriver to pry the front cover ...
