I thought these pans would be cheap like other sold on tv products but they cook great. They are great for low fat cooking and searing meat. I have some all clad hard anodized I ordered around a month ago and they already had scratches after a few uses. I have used the stone dine to cook around 15 times now and after I clean them they look brand new. They heat up very fast and cook evenly. I really like these pans. Oh yeah they don't stick and are easy to clean. I would let them cool...
