After three months, half of the hot plate wouldn't heat up. My hot plate in Israel worked great even after four years and then I passed it on to someone else who is using it. Hot plates are meant to last for years, especially when you spend so much money. So I was quite upset and when I contacted am-zon they told me it has nothing to do with them because it's from a different company and now I'm still stuck with it.
