After reading other reviews i was concerned about the heat factor, but even in hot weather this has not been a problem. i was surprised how nicely it cooks both on the cooktop and on the rotisseries. i only do vegetables on the skewers and do not put any kind of oil on them because the kebobs are close to the heating element. The meat i do on the top grill. Very pleased - better than i had thought it might be considering the grease problems the larger first units seemed to have.<...
