The actual function of this warming tray is perfectly fine. What I did not appreciate is that one of the legs is slightly shorter than the other three, and of course there is no way to adjust the height. It's an easy fix to put something under the leg, but I didnt buy a high end product so I would have to play with it every time I use it.
Very high quality. Sits perfectly level on the counter. Thanks to its rubber legs it is not easily moved if bumped. Does a great job!
